Identification

This module is an automated driver identification tool that enables users to:

  • verify the identity of the driver via passport or ID card scanning
  • identify drivers by DiDb (at clients using Sectran’s own database of qualified drivers)
  • significantly speed up the drivers’ on-site access management process
  • minimize the risk of theft by unknown or fake drivers.

We can even customize the module by managing your local employee cards or assign visitor card to each driver and person entering your site.

Testing

I'm interested in the app, how can I try it?

You can download the application from the Google Play Store. For login, we can provide a DEMO platform and DEMO access, with which you can immediately see how the app works. Since customer needs are diverse, DEMO includes a general entry and exit process.

If you want to get a better overview of the operation, we recommend to go through the operation - remotely with our consultant - so that we can immediately answer the questions that arise.

What steps does the DEMO process include?
  • Vehicle identification with automated license plate recognition,
  • Personal identification (by scanning an MRZ-coded document, ie. ID card or passport),
  • A sample entry process and a sample exit process with freight data management (e.g. carrier name, order number)
  • Photo documentation (e.g. delivery note).
What will I need to test the DEMO process?
  • username and password, which you will receive by email from us
  • 2 pcs of license plates with any kind of country code (can also be read from the screen)
  • an MRZ coded personal document (e.g. identity card or passport).

How long can I use DEMO access?
  • You can view the demo process for 14 days from the user's activation.

    You can even pass the access on to your colleagues.

What if I want to try a process other than the DEMO process?
  • In this case, ask for our free online consultation, where our experts will assess your needs, and then we will customize the requested DEMO process free of charge. (The free consultation does not include the on-site survey and the data structure of the final processes within the application, it only illustrates the speed of configuration and customization options).

Introduction

What do you need to provide for the launch of the app?
  • Mobile devices (for the hardware purchase, we will send you a precise specification, but in terms of costs, you can count on a mid-range phone, e.g. Samsung Galaxy A34)
  • Device protection for industrial use - we recommend using a case and screen protector.
  • Stable, - measured at the place of use - min. 10 Mbps upload speed internet connection
How long does the app take to implement?
  • The implementation time varies due to the diversity of customer needs, but it can be implemented within 2-4 weeks on average.

    • We can provide short deadlines for consultations related to individual processes and needs, as well as for the customization of process steps, so the length of the introduction is mostly influenced by your needs and the complexity of your data structure
    • It is worth clarifying the data and process requirements with the relevant partner departments (e.g. operations, logistics, customs, etc.) so that we can finalize the desired parameters as quickly as possible
    • If you already have an idea, share it with us during our free online consultation and we will help you clarify it and finalize the configuration.
How can guards and other operators learn to use the application?

Our expert colleagues not only provide the on-site survey and optimized planning of the processes, but also help with effective implementation.

  • On demand, we can provide on-site or online training for all users (in Hungarian, English and Slovak)
  • We provide online training documentation for the internal tuition, which you can also use to train other operators

Pricing

License fee pricing is not clear to me, how much will it cost?

The basis for calculating the individual package fees is determined by the annual vehicle traffic realized at your site.

  • The financial agreement is concluded for a period of 1 year, and the monthly package fees are the same for the entire year
  • It is not a problem if your monthly vehicle management numbers differ due to seasonality, because the settlement is done annually
  • If the amount included in the annual package fee is exceeded - at the end of the annual financial settlement - a unit price settlement will be made, at the same time you can upgrade your next year's subscription to a larger package
  • If the amount of vehicle management is less than the amount included in the package fee, we also provide the opportunity to switch your subscription to a lower-category, cheaper package
What does the one-time introduction fee depend on?
  • on the volume of consulting tasks related to on-site survey,
  • on the number of sites, gates and users,
  • on the process steps and data complexity
  • on the need for on-site or online trainings
  • from unique software development needs
  • on individual needs to connect with other software (e.g. SAP).

Given that the processes and customer requirements may differ significantly, we can only give you a more accurate proposal for implementation and configuration after the free consultation, which you can apply for here.

Is there any cost in addition to the license fee for the continuous operation?

No, there is no additional cost. The license fee includes not only the use of the application, but also server costs associated with storage space and data traffic (in case of standard requirements).

Privacy

Where will the data be stored?
  • The data recorded while using the application is stored in the cloud in a secure AWS environment provided by AMAZON that meets the highest standards.
  • The data management processes take place in an audited manner, we provide each customer with an external database and a separate storage space for the management of personal data

At the start of the cooperation, our companies enter into a Data Processing Agreement, which can be part of the Service Agreement, or - if there is such a need and you have used your own form - a separate agreement on data processing.

Can I define the data management deadline?
  • You determine all the rules related to data management (i.e. the scope, purpose and deadline of data management), since you are the Data Controller. As a standard service, we provide 6 months of data storage, but depending on your individual needs, it can be more or less.

    At the start of the cooperation, our companies enter into a Data Processing Agreement, which can be part of the Service Agreement, or - if there is such a need and you have used your own form - a separate agreement on data processing.

General questions

How many languages is the app available?
  • The application is currently available in Hungarian, English and Slovak.
  • Additional languages can be easily implemented based on individual needs
  • We offer online presentations in English and Hungarian.
To what extent can the application be tailored to individual needs?
  • The application can be completely customized in terms of the number and sequence of the individual process steps, as well as the data handled within them, whether it is up to 7-8 entry points and different processes within them, or handling up to 20-30 different freight data in one step.
Is there a possibility for automated data transfer between AnGuard and internal software (e.g. SAP)?
